When the enabled anomaly timer cannot find an owner, its 250 ms update can search the entire scene. Find the navigation HUD from the visible system canvas, find the drawer within that HUD hierarchy, and read the manager's existing singleton field without invoking a searching/creating getter. Reject destroyed singleton wrappers before caching or sampling. Inactive navigation HUDs are reacquired and leaving system navigation releases the timer UI.
Preserve the existing enabled gate, countdown/model sampling, missing-owner retry and UI-construction backoff. No new hooks or settings. Windows release DLL build passed; current-client hierarchy/singleton lifecycle smoke and Mac builds/runtime remain unperformed.
