Creation of mobile views

Acceptance Criteria:

1. User is able to go to www.vskhp.in
2. If user is on mobile device, user is redirected to www.m.vskhp.in, i.e. Mobile Views (instead of separate subdomain)
3. User is directed to the login screen (first time) - subsequent attempts will not require log in
4. Post login, based on user credentials, user is shown dashboards with relevant district & block mapping

As discussed with Jayashankar on 01.02.2023, all development will be picked up after all dashboards with working filters have been closed.

Estimated development: 5 days for mobile views after requirement closure
