Port 8927 is already bound when MA on same machine #69
Description
Looks like the daemon mode's behavior changed to listen via mDNS, but the port is already opened by Music Assistant.
Do we have to wait for the stable branch of Music Assistant to reflect a matching change, or has backwards compatibility been broken with the change?

Yeah, server and client using the same default port is not ideal. We should pick a different default port for one of them. Temporary work around is to run the daemon on a different port.
Change recommended client port to 8928 (#62)
