Nothing said when a server should stop retrying an auto-reconnect, so a device that stays off could be retried forever.
Retries now stop once the client's mDNS service is removed, since a client that comes back after that shows up as a new service. Until then, retrying still covers a device plugged back in while its records are still cached.
