- Import turf functions individually instead of the @turf/turf umbrella. ulabel.min.js drops from 1.16 MiB to 621 KiB (gzip 309 KB to 159 KB). - Record e2e video only on first retry, not on every test. - Use the default worker count locally (3 on CI). - Stop serializing window.ulabel back to node in wait_for_ulabel_init. - Run CI e2e as a per-browser matrix so browsers run in parallel.
