- Restructure ui/ modules into clean dialog/, editor/, panels/, and widget/ directories
- Streamline parameter and constraint editing via Tree + PropertiesPanel
- Remove unused InstanceEditor and UI configuration components
- Move Log, Task Monitor, and Expression dialogs under ui/dialog/
- Remove all backward compatibility alias shims from init files
