This repository hosts a set of custom plugins for the open-source 3D modelling software Blockbench.
This plugin renders the model you have open into finished images and GIFs: still PNGs from preset camera angles, a looping turntable, and a looping GIF per animation, at one or more resolutions in a single pass. Animations can be layered, so an idle or a blink plays over a walk cycle, views and animations can be grouped into labelled sheets, and every run writes into its own folder.
This plugin allows for easy importing of PNG and animation files into a project when the geometry file is located in the same directory as the other files. For example, when using a custom folder structure in the Regolith filter system template. It can currently read files from the same directory or from subdirectories.
