Limit routine library and sample dependency updates to weekly patch releases as Checkout Kit v4 supersedes this legacy repository. Preserve the existing Android compatibility caps, dependency groups, seven-day cooldowns, and GitHub Actions update policy. The patch allowances apply only to version updates, so they do not add restrictions to security updates that require a minor or major upgrade.
