The installed 0.4.3 build still reported a connection failure for Safari and Brave. Apple’s local SDK requires an Automation target descriptor for a running process. Use the live browser PID and a wildcard event permission check while keeping the descriptor alive for the call. This remains read-only until the user clicks Allow. Full local candidate checks passed.
