This adds a Calorie-local receipt around the existing App Health SDK fetch hook. It logs only a fixed event name, timestamp and actual collector status; for HTTP 202, it also logs
acceptedandduplicatesafter validating both as non-negative safe integers. It parses a clone, returns the original response unchanged, and catches observer failures. Non-202 or malformed responses produce status-only receipts. The change does not inspect or alter the ingestion key, bindings, or production configuration. It provides transport evidence for issue #109; it does not establish which App Health app/environment the existing key targets.
Validation: focused endpoint-health tests passed (9 tests); full
pnpm checkpassed (format, lint, typecheck, 102 tests, quality gates, build and hygiene) through the managed workspace.Related to #109.
