Startup capacity can exceed the file breakdown because the scan omits protected or unreadable locations and APFS owns additional system volumes and shared storage. This change reconciles occupied storage separately from scanned allocations, explains the remainder, and supplies folder-specific evidence and cleanup guidance.

Integrates the reviewed native workflows from #50 for #33–38: semantic map/staging, exact duplicate survivor review, protected project artifacts, bounded app-data references, age histograms and storage metrics. Adds exact-identity APFS volume I/O alongside physical-driver rates. Implements #48 with exact App Health SDK 0.1.0, per-user default-off configuration, serialized lifecycle and heartbeat-only disclosure. Ships dependency license notices. The approved release workflow correction aligns its validation-tooling pin with CI's existing pin; no other production configuration changes.

Validation: complete Swift suite; optimized build; Sparkle helper tests; staged-byte appcast parity and malformed-input checks; 17 site tests, TypeScript and Wrangler dry-run; native controlled scan, duplicate staging/kept-copy protection, cleanup confirmation Cancel, project recovery-plan Cancel, partial app reference, all age intervals, file types, hardware APFS volume rates, and native rendered review. Full-shell fixtures cover 880×600 and larger sizes. Documentation: docs/release-0.1.4.md.

Release target: 0.1.4 build 111. Protected signing/notarization, public feed/download parity and installed Sparkle update are separate release gates. Full Disk Access is owner-controlled; no native App Health key is generated or installed, and its live usage acceptance remains the issue's separate owner handoff. Optional SMART history and interval filtering remain outside required scope. Unrelated dirty landing/footer and marketing changes are excluded.
