Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Smart JSON Editor for macOS (the "Application") that were created by Jan Kubny Kubna.
Smart JSON Editor will never sell your data to a third party. All data collected is used to provide functionality or to improve the product.
Your personal data (such as the Project Nodes you save with the Application) is saved in Apple's iCloud Drive service, and can only be accessed by the Applications within the limits of Apple's iCloud Drive SDK.

Your personal data can be deleted by deleting the Application from your Mac or deleting the Application's data using the iCloud Drive functionality (found in your operating systems' Settings).
Additional data may be stored on Mac OS X in the folder: ~/Library/Containers/com.artproweb.SmartJSONEditor and ~/Library/Group Containers/M5485V448W.com.artproweb.smartjsoneditor
The Application may use 3rd-party analytics services to collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, crashes experienced using the application, operating systems used, and feature usage information. The information is anonymized and aggregated by the 3rd party services and will only be used to improve our applications and services.

All analytics services in the Applications can be disabled by turning off "Diagnostics" in the Settings window.
Please be aware that, although Swift JSON Editor provide reasonable security level for information it process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and will indicate at the top of the page the Privacy Policy's effective date.
