Also removes the commented-out boilerplate and addssource_code_uri/bug_tracker_urimetadata. Runtime dependencies are unchanged..tool-versions→ Ruby 4.0.0;*.gemadded to.gitignore.Verified locally on Ruby 3.2.3 and 4.0.0: specs, standardrb,
rake yardandgem buildall pass.
