Carries @raykin's change from #50, with
mainmerged in and two additions:Administrate::Searchwhenfilter_resourcesis missing (Administrate 0.17; the gem supports>= 0.17.0).filter_resourcesoverride is used by the export.Exports now honour custom search as described in Administrate's customising search guide, so the CSV matches the filtered index page.
