Implements consent data migration from Didomi SDK's CurrentUserStatus to Sourcepoint's SPUserData using Adapter pattern.
Didomi's
vendor.namespaces?.spandpurpose.namespaces?.spare used to map Didomi IDs → Sourcepoint IDs. It depends on https://gitlab.com/didomi/sdks/mobile/ios/-/merge_requests/1771 (not public).
