Rewrites the unreleased ## 0.9.5 section of the CHANGELOG. It is a docs-only change: dist/ is unchanged.

  • User-facing only, one sentence per entry, with like items grouped and no commit hashes, CSS selectors or function names.
  • Described against 0.9.4, the last public release. Entries that only fixed something introduced since 0.9.4 are left out.
  • Every claim checked against src/ on main:
    • The Favorites visibilitychange recovery entry described code that was later removed. It is replaced by the real fix: the sidebar dashboard no longer opens blank after a dashboard with the card was viewed.
    • The narrow-layout entries described fixed width breakpoints. The card now folds rows when a circuit name would be cut off, and the entry says so.
    • Added the dashboard's Adopted tab and the removal of the custom-monitoring border, both user-visible since 0.9.4.
    • Dropped the internal config_entries field change, which has no visible effect.

No tag or release.
