Integrate Magika classification on extracted ZIP contents #7

Create a function like def "scan_zip_with_magika(zip_path)" which uses existing Magika functions to scan every file returned from extract_zip_to_temp(zip_path) and then aggregate results into a structured output. This function would be added in rust/cli/src/main.rs
