Adds Footer Wordmark Rise, a dark site footer dressed as the Tween UI footer and closed by a giant wordmark fitted to the column.

The block

  • The wordmark is solved, not set. Its font size is scaled until the name's ink spans the column exactly, so any brand name runs edge to edge. A ResizeObserver re-solves it on any width change.
  • Letters rise out of their masks one by one (SplitText, 1.6s each, 0.12s apart) once fonts are ready. The wordmark stays hidden until the split, so it never flashes. It fits again after the split because splitting drops kerning pairs.
  • Entrance: a teal glow with a lime core swells off the bottom edge and the link rows rise in.
  • Links: labels roll letter by letter on hover with a slide-through underline. The visible letters are aria-hidden and the real label sits in a visually hidden span, so screen readers read each link as one word.

Worth calling out in review

  • Played, not scrubbed. The entrance starts when the footer reaches 85% of the viewport and reverses when you scroll back above it. A scrubbed entrance would sit half-faded in a docs preview that loads already on screen, and this way the Replay button works too.
  • Tween UI content and palette by default: the Tween mark, the site's component, block and community links, and the repo's license, changelog and contributing guide. Brand, logo, description, columns, socials, legal links and copyright are all props.
  • Contrast: the small soft-teal labels sit at 60–65% opacity. At 50–55% they fell below 4.5:1 on #03110f.
  • Gallery media: the recording was 2012×720. It's fitted into the 16:10 card pinned to the bottom edge rather than centre-cropped, which would have cut off the wordmark. The poster is the final frame, because the first frame is blank (before the entrance). Clip 58 KB, poster 16 KB.
  • The sidebar icon is panel-bottom, mapped to the bounce hover motion.

Under prefers-reduced-motion: reduce nothing rises or rolls; the footer and wordmark are drawn in place.

Checks

Typecheck is clean, registry:build passes, the full test suite passes (834 tests, 11 new for this block) and next build succeeds.

A dark site footer, dressed as the Tween UI footer, closed by a giant
wordmark fitted to the column. The font size is solved from the ink
width, so any brand name runs edge to edge, and a ResizeObserver
re-solves it on any width change. Once fonts are ready the letters are
split and rise out of their masks one by one.

The entrance is played rather than scrubbed: a teal glow swells off the
bottom edge and the link rows rise in when the footer reaches 85% of the
viewport, so it reads complete in a preview that loads already on
screen. Link labels roll letter by letter on hover behind a
visually-hidden name, with a slide-through underline.

Brand, logo, description, columns, socials, legal links and copyright
are all props. Under reduced motion nothing rises or rolls.

Includes the demo, docs page, tests, sidebar icon motion, and gallery
poster/preview media.
