Brief explanation of the change
This adds detection of the "PlayStation(R) PC SDK Runtime" based on similar files that some of PlayStation's newer games have. I don't have a good link for it that completely talks about it somewhere, the linked page for now is just the support page explaining the sign-in functionality.
