The test counts and the coverage figures of "Local Validation" were the ones of the first checkout and describe none of the current suites any more. The CI note about no workflow run ever having happened is equally out of date; what is worth writing down instead is why the coverage upload answers 403. Verified in the Nix shell on PHP 8.5.6 / Node 24.16.0.
