Provide explicit actions and give feedback about activation status in the UI

First of all, thanks for providing this cool app!

My point here is a bit related to #4 - as a user, what I am missing in the UI is some feedback about the activation status. Therefore I would suggest to:

• provide a label which displays the current status (active / disabled)
• provide a label which displays the currently set threshold value
• provide a button named i.e. "set" where the user can explicitely set a new value
• provide a button to enable/disable the complete service (as suggested in Quick enable/disable #4)
