This pull request introduces significant improvements to the transcript chunking logic in
distil.ts, making chunk boundaries more semantically meaningful and configurable, and allowing for empty evidence extraction from individual chunks as long as the overall source yields at least one candidate. Documentation and tests have been updated to reflect these changes, and the extraction validation logic is now more robust.
