This pull request adds a ready-to-use HACA 2025 knowledge vault to the release archives and updates the documentation and packaging workflows to support it. The vault provides over 340 AI-drafted wiki pages sourced from 66 conference recordings, with provenance, ingest history, and a prebuilt semantic catalogue, making it immediately usable without external dependencies. The release process and documentation have been updated to explain how to use the vault and clarify the structure and reproducibility of vaults in Synthesis.
