Organize Objective-C sources and prepare 1.0.1

Changes / 改动

Move the original Objective-C header and implementation out of the repository root into a conventional SwiftPM target layout:

• Remove the root include/ directory and simplify Package.swift by using the target's default source directory, eliminating the root-path exclusion list.
• Keep the public header and implementation byte-for-byte identical to 1.0.0. Preserve module names, header names and public APIs, including the SwiftPM umbrella header.
• Update CocoaPods file patterns, manual compilation, legacy Xcode project references and bilingual manual-integration guidance.
• Add a CI build of the legacy app and test bundle so moved source references are checked.
• Prepare patch release 1.0.1 with bilingual notes. Existing 1.0.0 tags and release contents remain unchanged. Direct references to repository file paths need updating; package consumers keep their existing imports.

Validation / 验证

• swift test: all 15 tests passed.
• Standalone Objective-C smoke tests passed with warnings treated as errors.
• Independent CocoaPods Objective-C and Swift consumers built and ran in static-library, static-framework and dynamic-framework modes.
• Legacy iOS example and its test bundle built successfully (local Xcode 27, deployment override 15.0; CI uses Xcode 16.4 with the declared targets).
• Public header and implementation compared byte-for-byte with 1.0.0; no algorithm/API edits.
• Markdown links, Swift formatting, podspec syntax, repository hygiene and diff checks passed.

All five CI jobs passed, including the legacy example/test-bundle build and all CocoaPods integration modes; the 1.0.1 Git tag will then run remote SwiftPM/CocoaPods installation validation before release publication.
