Prepare 1.0.0 release and validate remote installation

Prepare the first modern release, 1.0.0, after implementation PR #8 was merged.

• Switch both language READMEs to SwiftPM semantic version installation and document CocoaPods Git-tag installation. CocoaPods trunk authentication is not available; the docs do not claim a trunk publication.
• Date the 1.0.0 changelog and add bilingual release notes with compatibility and numerical-accuracy limitations.
• Add a read-only tag validation workflow that checks podspec/tag agreement, installs both SwiftPM products from a fresh remote checkout, verifies the resolved version and commit, and runs strict CocoaPods pod spec lint across all five Apple platforms.
• Document the release order: merge reviewed content, push an annotated tag, wait for remote-install validation, then publish the GitHub release.

Validation / 验证

• Local release rehearsal passed using a separate bare Git mirror tagged 1.0.0: a fresh SwiftPM consumer imported both products, checked a round trip and Swift/Objective-C agreement, and resolved the exact expected commit.
• Markdown links, Swift formatting, workflow YAML and git diff --check passed.
• All five CI jobs passed. Remote GitHub-tag installation will run after the release tag exists and must pass before publication.

This PR changes release tooling and documentation, with no coordinate algorithm changes.
