feat(ta): translate account and profile documentation

Summary

This PR adds Tamil translations for the core account and profile documentation.

Translated guides

• Account Security
• Account Deletion
• Appearance & Preferences
• Connections
• Notifications
• Profile Settings
• Public Profile
• Regional and Timezone

Notes

• Preserves the original Markdown/MDX structure.
• Translates only user-facing content.
• Keeps UI labels and technical terms in English for consistency with the TrucklineMP interface.
• No functional changes.

Thanks a lot for the Tamil translations of the account guides, it's great work and we'd love to get it merged! Sorry it's been sitting for a while. In the meantime the docs were reorganized, so the PR needs a small update before it can go in:

1. New folder structure: guides moved from ta/guides/ to ta/web-docs/account/. Two pages were also renamed:
   • account-security.mdx → security.mdx
   • account-deletion.mdx → deletion.mdx
2. Internal links: links like /guides/profile-settings/ should now be /ta/web-docs/account/profile-settings/. CI now fails on broken links.
3. Profile Settings: a Tamil profile-settings.mdx already exists on main. Could you merge your version with it rather than adding a second one?
4. Updated English pages: profile-settings and appearance-preferences were updated to v1.3.0. Please sync those changes and set version: 1.3.0 in their frontmatter so they don't show as outdated.
5. Small things: please translate the title in the frontmatter, and remove the # Heading at the top of each page, since Starlight already renders the title as the page heading.

The easiest way is probably to rebase on the latest main. You can check everything locally before pushing:

npm run validate
npm run build

The CI summary on the PR also lists what's missing or outdated per language.

If you don't have time to pick it up, no worries, just let us know and we can take care of moving the files ourselves (you'll keep the credit for the translation). Thanks again! 🙏

Thanks for the detailed update, and no worries about the delay.

I’ll pick this up and update the PR based on the new folder structure, renamed files, internal links, and the latest v1.3.0 changes. I’ll also merge the existing profile-settings.mdx, update the frontmatter titles/versions, remove the duplicate headings, and run npm run validate and npm run build before pushing the changes.
