Stacked on the asset library PR. One PR with one commit per stage, tracked in wiki/Specifications/AI Assistant.md. Please merge with Rebase and merge so the stage commits survive on master.

Issue

Authors have no assistant that understands the editor and can build, edit, playtest and review scenarios.

Solution

An AI assistant, built in stages (see the tracker for the plan, checklists and progress):

1. Editor command API and scene snapshot (this commit)
2. Conditional destinations
3. OpenRouter proxy
4. Assistant panel with ask, plan and build modes
5. Scene, property and logic tools
6. Test mode playtesting
7. Review mode for the dashboard
8. Fast path and evals

Opened as a draft after stage 1 so it can be reviewed commit by commit.

Risk

• Stage 1 adds Vitest and Ajv as dev dependencies, and small additive changes to the editor's history and operations (batching, overwrite). Existing behaviour is unchanged.
• Later stages add an OpenRouter proxy and send scenario content to a third-party model provider; review mode only ever sends anonymised data.
