Closes #135

Summary

• Add filters for registration year, faculty, programme type and Linux skill level to the admin members table
• All six filters (including years remaining and UoA student) now render through one FilterSelect component
• Registration year options come from the data, newest first; the others come from the domain constants

Notes

• registrationYear also gets filterFn: "equals" (not in the ticket): without it TanStack auto-picks inNumberRange, which silently matches every row for a single year
• faculty uses arrIncludes, so it matches members whose faculty array contains the selection
• Branched off main rather than feat/admin-auth

Testing

• pnpm typecheck, pnpm lint (0 errors), pnpm test:run (196 passed)
• Exercised the filter functions against sample member data: each filter works, they compose, "All" clears
