Summary

Fix the Fly Docker build, which broke after it picked up a newer pnpm version.

  • Use Node 22 and pin pnpm to 11.25.0.
  • Install the exact dependency versions in the committed lockfile.
  • Fix the pnpm-only install check and allow esbuild's build script.

Tested

  • Clean AMD64 Docker build with no cache.
  • Local production startup, database queries, login, and restart recovery with 256 MB RAM.

- pin pnpm@11.25.0 in the image; 'npm install -g pnpm' had floated to 12.x,
which runs workspace preinstall scripts before dependencies are installed
- run only-allow via 'npx --yes' so the guard does not need an existing node_modules
- allow esbuild build scripts via allowBuilds (pnpm now errors on ignored builds)
- use the committed pnpm-lock.yaml with --frozen-lockfile for reproducible images
