Summary

Bring the accumulated page designs and current backend together as a baseline. Designs are following the current state of the figma and updated accordingly.

Validation

  • pnpm build and pnpm lint pass.
  • Public homepage and collection reads succeed

HOLY I AM LOCKED IN
I WAS IN FLOW STATE FOR SO LONG
Local prototype of the UMSA site. The public pages are rebuilt from the
"Final" frames of the UMSA Design Figma file, with geometry taken from SVG
frame exports rather than approximated by eye.

- Home, About, Team, Events, Sponsors, Contact, Photos rebuilt to the frames
- Sponsors grouped by area with an expanding stack, per the Review Two board
- Real 2026 committee and the club's 34 discount partners
- Admin CMS reworked; content is editable and served from an in-browser mock
API, so the whole thing runs with no backend and no database
- Fonts self-hosted; boot screen gates the first paint on fonts and
  above-the-fold images

CONTEXT.md carries the working notes, including which data is real and which
is placeholder — sponsor suburbs and sponsor logos are both invented.
