Backport of #116 to kirkstone.

Cherry-pick of 0272cd5. The updatehub-crates.inc hunk applied unchanged and
is byte-identical to master's; the recipe rename conflicted only on context, so
this branch keeps its own recipe body (including S = "${WORKDIR}/git") and
the sole delta is SRCREV -> b56a988b168e52e4822829a4a2cb4880a6f80f2b, the
commit tagged 2.1.6.

Note on the crate bumps: bindgen 0.59.2 -> 0.69.5 arrives only through
loopdev-3, which is a [dev-dependencies] entry. Since the recipe builds with
EXTRA_CARGO_FLAGS = "--bin \${BPN}", those crates are fetched but never
compiled, so the newer bindgen does not raise the effective Rust requirement.

Regenerate updatehub-crates.inc from the new Cargo.lock: bindgen 0.59.2 ->
0.69.5, loopdev 0.4.0 -> loopdev-3 0.5.1 and the assorted transitive bumps
that came with them.
