When testing on the windows .exe app I noticed images I recieve are being saved in a folder unencrypted even after closing the app (I have local encryption turned on in the settings). Happens on both v0.3.3 and v0.4.0
As of v0.5.0, all users by default will be moving to Vector's new Encrypted File Storage, this applies whether or not a password was set, and can be optionally disabled by folks that still wish to have easily accessible files, it's highly customisable, and you may even turn off permanent storage of files as well (where they instead temporarily display in the GUI without ever touching your disk or cache). 🙏
