Verified against php-io-extensions/qt v0.10.5 (ec54a0f), diffed against v0.10.2 (there are no v0.10.3 or v0.10.4 tags):

  • guide/binding-surface: sync with .okf/api/surface.md at the tag. Adds QTreeWidget/QTreeWidgetItem (with Qt\ItemDataRole), QKeyEvent (text, auto-repeat, native codes, Qt\Key) and QWheelEvent (Qt\ScrollPhase/Qt\MouseEventSource), QStyleHints double-click interval and distance, QWidget focus policy (Qt\FocusPolicy), setTabOrder and clearFocus.
  • overview: the same changes in the README class table, plus QMessageBox addButton/setDefaultButton/setEscapeButton/clickedButton, QFileDialog, QClipboard (QGuiApplication::clipboard), QWidget window, flags and modality (Qt\WindowModality), QPushButton isDefault/setDefault, the Qt API badge and the new Coverage section, matching README.md at the tag (page header and badge lines kept; SUPPORT.md links point at the file in the tag).
  • architecture/errors-and-threads: the qapp-tree-widget site in the kept refusal table.
  • architecture/object-model: QTreeWidgetItem as the second valued item with a second owner, its ownership and the addChild() cycle pass-through.
  • architecture/signals: QBrush, QColor, QFont and QPixmap signal arguments, and event filters boxing the most specific event class.
  • runbooks/generating-enums: the Qt\ItemDataRole and Qt\Key commands, the digit and case rules, deprecation messages with commas, and the new version guards.
  • changelog: add the 2026-10-18 to 2026-10-23 entries from .okf/log.md. Six upstream lines say "0.10.3", but qt was never tagged v0.10.3 or v0.10.4; that code first ships in tag v0.10.5 (PHP_QT_VERSION 0.10.5), so those entries say so.

Standalone off 0.10.x; follows the merged #31 (v0.10.2). Branch is docs/ext-qt-0.10.5 because docs/qt-0.10.5 is #36's. Doesn't touch ecosystem/framework-surface-modules/ or surface/ (#33, #36) or any file in another open PR. Only touches ecosystem/standalone-extensions/qt/. python3 .github/check-links.py: 0 problems.

Upstream notes, not changed here: .okf/api/surface.md at the tag does not list QFileDialog, QClipboard, the new QMessageBox button methods or QWidget window flags/modality (the README does), so binding-surface does not either; the log's coverage line says 570 / 11435 while the README badge says 578 / 11435.

…ard, window flags and modality, wheel events and focus for v0.10.5
