Codex previously hid the global navigation, rendered Markdown as plain text, placed the composer outside the viewport, and mixed stale session state with streamed output. This patch restores the FarHelm shell and project/session/turn hierarchy, adds safe Markdown and math rendering, and keeps the composer and per-session drafts attached to the selected conversation.
The Agent now supplies transient labels and index-wide search without persisting previews in Hub. State projections preserve titles and execution state, stream fragments retain turn/item/offset identity, and long-message continuation reconciles with history. New empty sessions survive Worker exit, and visible history recovers after Hub restart. SQLite stays at schema 7; upgrade Hub before Agent.
Validation: make check, make test (89 Rust, 16 Console, 24 Worker tests), make privacy, Console production build, 50 browser tests across three viewports and both themes, Worker handshake, and release installation/rollback tests passed. A real Hub → Agent → pinned Codex SDK browser run verified first submission, streamed Markdown, preview search, restart recovery, and absence of synthetic content in Hub DB/WAL/logs. Six duplicate viewport cases are intentionally skipped on the mobile test project. Private research and acceptance evidence remain outside the public repository.
