The model control previously only displayed settings, newly created sessions received a generic native name, and FarHelm retained Codex’s exclusive session writer after a turn. This adds validated native model/reasoning selection with queued-message receipts, explicit rename/native identity, and a guarded idle handoff so another client can resume the same persisted thread. Permissions and schema 7 stay unchanged.
The workspace uses readable platform fonts, one composer surface and aligned content. Scroll restoration now has one owner, preserves the message anchor through virtual row measurement, and distinguishes its own scroll events from user navigation.
Validation: make check/test/privacy; 112 Rust tests, 41 frontend unit tests, 116 browser tests; three viewport sizes/light and dark; 2000 turns through all 100 pages with CPU-throttled anchor checks; native Codex 0.153.4 browser creation/model selection/rename/handoff followed by independent native resume; database/WAL/log scans; release packaging and 0.9.0 → 0.10.0 → 0.9.0 → 0.10.0 recovery. Controlled browser performance covers 10/1000 sessions, 20/2000 turns and 1 MiB content.
