- Screenshot import tab gets an info button that shows an example Strava screenshot and a checklist of what the AI needs to see.
- "Today", "Yesterday" and weekday labels on screenshots now resolve to real dates using the browser's local date (sent as client_date); runs with no visible date default to today.
- Confirm import allows +1 day so a user ahead of the server's timezone isn't rejected for a "future" date.
