Runs "No IP data found in database. Please run initialization first."

Not clear if this is a issue with the GEOIP on the map or waiting for the list of cameras to test which would take a long time.

I saw this before, but wasn't able to reproduce it until recently. I will work on a fix soon. IPs test as much as possible on my server so that your client does as little as possible so it's most likely not the testing. If I had to guess it's the path that the list is downloaded to but I'll have to investigate.
