Add config support for remote ollama server

Hey, I am running a remote ollama server at home and was wondering if there was a way to set the Plugin to use this remote server instead of the local one!

I've opened a PR to address this: #13. It adds configuration support so you can point the plugin to your remote Ollama server instead of the default local one.
