Removes the daily security audit and Renovate setup introduced in #2368, and restores the prior Docker workflow and Node.js pin. The setup was not authorized.
Validation: the resulting repository tree exactly matches the commit immediately before #2368 (
a19d8ebf168c1d3c8c070a398503815f12c2660c).
