Follow-ups from migrating eight repos to 1.0.0.

  • Nothing writes to stdout. The tracer's ready banner went to console.log whenever an OTLP endpoint was set, corrupting the JSON-RPC stream of a stdio MCP server; server-memory and cli both shipped a process.stdout.write diversion around the bootstrap import to survive it. The banner is a plain process.stderr.write now, the SDK's console diag logger (stdout at OTEL_LOG_LEVEL=info/debug) is replaced with a stderr one, and a source-scan test plus a spawned smoke keep the whole package off stdout.
  • onRequestError is dual-mode. export { onRequestError } from '@agentage/observability/next' now works: called as Next calls it (err, request, context) it logs through the singleton; called with one logger-like argument it still returns a bound handler. The bare re-export used to type-check and swallow every server render error.
  • New collectorRoute(opts?) from /next - the client-error collector as an App Router POST handler, the union of the guards dashboard, catalog-web and the web backend hand-rolled three different ways: same-origin against the forwarded host, Sec-Fetch-Site fallback, 64KB / 20 events, 60 requests a minute, no-store + noindex, 204 on success.
  • New serveHealth(port, checks?, opts?) from the root - /health + /api/health over node:http for a worker with no server of its own, replacing catalog-crawler's shim. Adds the content-type and HEAD the shim lacked, and surfaces EADDRINUSE on listening instead of crashing the worker.
  • Request-log idempotency sees through a .wrapped hop. The marker symbol is invisible when the kit middleware is mounted inside a service's own closure, which logged every admin-api request twice; hang the original off the wrapper as .wrapped, or use OBS_REQUEST_LOG=off.
