Prepares Agentium 4.9.0 by integrating the dependability, context-continuity and execution-graph changes with upstream 4.8.3. All ten workspaces and internal peers target 4.9.0.
Validation: exact-commit artifact CI and PR CI passed. Both Linux Node 22/24 cells built and typechecked all ten packages, passed lint and metadata checks, and ran the database-enabled suite: 3,069 passed / 9 gated skips per runtime. Four package-consumer/CLI cases passed per runtime, with Node 24 testing the retained tarballs. Three pinned sandbox/OpenTelemetry SDK fixtures and final artifact verification passed. The nine suite skips include seven cases covered separately and two optional local-model/native LiveKit cases. Local macOS Node 22/24 validation also passed.
The verified source is

No release tag, npm publication or production docs promotion was performed.Custom HarnessExecutionServices and RunHandle implementations need the new required members. Legacy synchronous cost-budget helpers reject after canonical accounting is used. Cancellation is cooperative; unknown external effects require host reconciliation/idempotency. No exactly-once external execution guarantee is introduced.
An initial unrestricted-parallel local Mongo lease failure remains undiagnosed and is retained in the evidence. The final suite and CI use two test workers. The crash fixture waits for the server-clock lease condition; its 400 ms lease and recovery assertions are unchanged.
