Mirror the complete ProviderCapabilitiesV1 record — enums, artifact kinds, and cross-field workspace/reply/dispatch rules — without importing a future P17 registry. Live and revoked Proxies are rejected through node:util types before reflection; own undefined is denied; snapshot digests bind through the P03 identity authority.
Resolve each assignment from authored explicit execution, the assignment-named profile, the run profile for omitted executions, or the single default:true catalog record. models null/absent stays undeclared for every provider, including DSH. Availability and P17 capability digests bind SelectionRequestV1; request_id is sel- plus 32 lowercase hex. Pure answer re-resolution clones the caller manifest so snapshots and non-execution fields stay unchanged. No ranking, fallback, replay, hidden default, or provider substitution.
Document authored precedence, undeclared models lists, snapshot-bound SelectionRequestV1 identity, and pure answer re-resolution. A profile named default still has no authority by name; default:true applies only to omitted executions after assignment and run profiles.
