…entity (#23865) A person already signed in to DEV as an account linked to one MLH login who went through Core's verification round trip as another MLH login stayed signed in as the old account and was sent back to Core, which then found no DEV account for that login and showed a dead-end "Verification failed" page. On the Core round trip only: an account that owns the incoming identity (or a confirmed account with its email) is offered through the existing switch interstitial; otherwise the person is signed out and an account is created, exactly as a signed-out sign-in would.
