Summary

• Add a printToConsole option to PlutoTimberTree, enabled by default to preserve existing behavior.
• Keep persisting logs and events in Pluto while allowing callers to suppress the duplicate console/Logcat output.
• Keep the no-op artifact's constructor API compatible, document the option, and add unit coverage for the output gate.

Fixes #363.

Validation

• ./gradlew --no-daemon --max-workers=4 build — passed.
• Logger ktlintCheck and detekt — passed.
• git diff --check — passed.

No emulator/device or real user data was used.
