• release-changelog: a fragment refusal after npm version's bump leaves the new version in package.json, and doesn't say so

  anima-research/context-manager#357 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 28, 2026

• Compression silently drops parallel tool results that land in a later chunk than their call

anima-research/context-manager#354 · Filter by author Anarchid opened on Oct 28, 2026

• A committing kv-unified compile throws RangeError for a continuity relaxation with a valid reason and multiplier and an expiresAt past Date's range

  anima-research/context-manager#348 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 27, 2026

• One chunk too big to compress makes every later L1 request carry it raw, so every later chunk is refused too

  anima-research/context-manager#346 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 26, 2026

• A resident's merge can turn a store holding a superseded L1 under a tower into one its next open rejects

  anima-research/context-manager#345 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 26, 2026

• repair-topology's adoption reads a stored null parentId as a parent, so it detaches where it would adopt

  anima-research/context-manager#344 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 26, 2026

• kv-unified prices latent merges as mergeThreshold-sized slices, while the merge check queues a different group

  anima-research/context-manager#343 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 26, 2026

• The same compression answer is classified differently by the L1 ladder's canonical stage and by its fallback rungs

  anima-research/context-manager#337 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 25, 2026

• The split rung keeps a piece whose answer is only a <thinking> preamble

  anima-research/context-manager#336 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 24, 2026

• A raw pin on a message no chunk held isn't priced against compressionContextBudgetTokens, so later L1 requests carry it whole

  anima-research/context-manager#332 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 24, 2026

• A read-only audit mode for loading a store: compute the repair, report it, write nothing

  anima-research/context-manager#329 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 23, 2026

• A fresh store's calibration multiplier is treated as learned, not provisional

anima-research/context-manager#328 · Filter by author Anarchid opened on Oct 23, 2026

• Calibration: beforeUser/afterUser context injections are outside the sample after #324

anima-research/context-manager#325 · Filter by author Anarchid opened on Oct 23, 2026
  1

• Calibration learns tool-schema and system-prompt overhead as a per-token ratio; at 1.00 it rejects every sample until one dips under 1.8, then climbs to the clamp

• A message removed while its chunk waits is still sent and summarized, and a compile places a summary whose first message was removed last

  anima-research/context-manager#321 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 23, 2026

• Merge requests send their recall pairs before their raw middle, so an older message can follow a later memory

  anima-research/context-manager#320 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 23, 2026
  1

• The tool-pairing repair looks only six entries ahead, so a call whose result is rendered further away gets a stub and its real result is dropped

  anima-research/context-manager#319 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 23, 2026

• After a head-window reset, the history from before it can land inside a turn once the head goes first

  anima-research/context-manager#318 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 23, 2026

• The recent window can start inside a split tool-result message, leaving the result and its call out of the raw tail

  anima-research/context-manager#308 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 22, 2026

• A combined recall pair's cap can leave a summary out while the coverage check counts it as rendered

  anima-research/context-manager#307 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 22, 2026

• A recall pair's price leaves out what it sends: the xml envelope's tags, and a positioned pair's header and cap

• KnowledgeStrategy compresses a chunk that ends at an unanswered tool call, so its result later goes out raw beside the summary

  anima-research/context-manager#303 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 22, 2026

• PassthroughStrategy sends an empty context when the newest message alone is over the budget

  anima-research/context-manager#302 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 22, 2026

• The hierarchical path sends a compile without its newest turn when that turn is an unanswered tool call

  anima-research/context-manager#301 · Filter by author nissa-seru opened on Oct 22, 2026

• Adaptive dry compile labels a plan that can't fit as estimator drift
