add pqcscan/target
Basic SSH only parsing. Generates the list of supported kex exchange algorithms and whether the host announces support of PQC
Parsing the details, not resolving the negotiation
Just pass slicedpacket to SSH parser
Don't slice twice
Slightly nicer error when file not found
Don't overwrite exiting files, append -01, -02 etc

Adding pqcdump and moving pqcscan to a subfolder. Both live in the same workspace.
pqcdump processes network packet captures as an alternative to pqcscan's live scan methodology
