figured out issues with mounting and refactored the passive viewing task into a fixation BMI task and the passive co task. Somethign weird is happening with the trial initialization though

updating the task to have the correct behavior on cursor out of bounds. Need to update the penalty states and figure out how to actually trouble shoot it
