Follows the Plan MessageOrigin brief in #6078.

When an approved Plan starts executing, the Host now writes its opening message with a plan MessageOrigin carrying the execution ID and the Plan title as approved. The title is frozen with the execution, so later edits to the Plan do not rename it. The origin is stored with the message and comes back through history and through Turn landmarks (historyLandmarks), so the desktop and terminal UI show "Executing plan: <title>" (localized) in the conversation and in the turn navigation rail without parsing the prompt or reading the current Plan. The model still receives, and replays, the complete frozen request.

A message the Host generated is not offered edit and resend or regenerate from its text. The Plan opening shows only its note, so it has no copy action either.

The shared note divider (also used for compaction) now draws its lines as filled 1px views on the desktop: the zero-height borders it used did not paint there, so compaction dividers showed no lines either. The terminal keeps its border line, which it draws as a row of ─ cells.

The Host now writes the opening message of an approved Plan execution with
a Plan MessageOrigin carrying the execution ID and the approved title frozen
at that moment. The origin travels through history and Turn landmarks, so the
conversation and the turn navigation rail show "Executing plan: <title>"
without parsing the prompt or reading the current Plan. The model still
receives and replays the complete frozen request.

A generated message is not offered edit and resend or regenerate from its
text, and the Plan opening shows only its note, so it has no copy action.

The shared note divider draws its lines as filled 1px views on the desktop,
where zero-height borders did not paint; the terminal keeps its border line.
