Description
now that we have easy /api/collections?details=true we get health colouring. Let's highlihgt that in the UI!
Solution
Add dots. The dots refresh every ten seconds. We don't repaint the screen thoguh as we don't want to change what you see under you just because something in the background changed.
I am not positive I want to show the dots in the list collections UI.. taht might be too noisy.
