[Pypi] Request to update PyPI package to the latest release (currently at 0.1.26) #504

Hi maintainers,
Thank you for the great work on Libro!
I noticed that the package available on PyPI is currently stuck at version 0.1.26, which seems to be outdated compared to the latest progress and tags in this repository.
Could you please trigger a new release and publish the latest version to PyPI? This would be very helpful for those of us installing or upgrading via pip.
